This page contains the terms and conditions for purchasing at MARIA BEIRÃO. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any parts. You must understand that by purchasing any of our products you agree to these terms and conditions.

By placing an order at MARIA BEIRÃO, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have an adult's permission to shop with us) and accept these terms and conditions which apply to all orders placed or that will be placed at MARIA BEIRÃO, for the sale or supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your legal rights. No other terms or changes to terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed and signed by us.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the above.

1. PRICES

The prices presented on our website must be considered up to date. However, we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.

2. DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Average shipping time varies from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination. We are based in Portugal (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any additional duties, customs, charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. No customs costs will be applied to orders delivered to European Union countries.

3. COMPLAINTS

We are available by phone call, email and private message on social media to register any complaints you may have about a part, website features, etc.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

Events that occur beyond the control of MARIA BEIRÃO and that are not predictable, must be considered force majeure events, meaning that MARIA BEIRÃO is free from its obligations to comply with contractual agreements. An example of this type of event is a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fire or floods, sabotage, accident, war, natural accidents, strikes or lack of supply by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

5. PAYMENTS

All products remain the property of MARIA BEIRÃO until payment is made. The price applied is what was set on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before confirming purchase. If you are under 18 you must have adult approval to purchase from MARIA BEIRÃO.

All transactions conducted through MARIA BEIRÃO are handled and transacted by third parties dedicated to leaks so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SLL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction as they will be responsible for the transaction made.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event of damage, we will replace or repair the part at no extra cost. We only ask that you send the piece to our studio with your full name, telephone number, order number and invoice.

Reshipping will be done within a maximum period of 8 working days, after receiving the piece at the studio. Exchange for a new part is subject to existing stock.

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, applicable to contracts concluded remotely, you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of the request . If you wish, you can download, fill out and send, via email or by post, the example form we provide below.

If you cancel the order and return it within the period indicated above, payment will be returned by the same means as it was made, no later than 14 days after we received the order.
